Volunteers Sign Up To Remove Graffiti from Pacific Beach
Local Company Donates Graffiti Remover Products
Pacific Beach Town Council held its Annual Neighborhood Clean-Up Event that attracted hundreds of dedicated volunteers, and was scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, April 28. A training session occurred prior to the clean up took place at Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church, located at 1675 Garnet Avenue (corner of Jewell and Garnet).
According to Andrew Bryl, organizer and VP of the Pacific Beach Town Council, teams of volunteers were assigned to eliminate graffiti and pick up trash along city streets. Over 69 people volunteered, which resulted in eliminating over 670 graffiti tags from the community.
Motsenbocker’s Lift Off, a Division of Stoner, Incorporated, donated graffiti removal products for the clean up efforts, including Lift Off Tape, Adhesive & Grease Remover for unwanted stickers; Lift Off Pen, Ink and Marker Remover; and Lift Off Spray Paint & Graffiti Remover.
